Terms & Conditions
- Booking confirmations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject strictly to availability.
- Accepted payment methods include: PayNow, PayLah, GooglePay, Bank Transfer, and Cheque.
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are fixed and non-negotiable.
- *A morning surcharge of $30-$60 applies if the event starts before 9am.
- *A delivery surcharge of $40 applies to Changi, Tuas, Jurong Island, and Sentosa.
- Breakage or damage to any equipment will incur charges to the customer.
- Prior to making any payment, please contact your Personal Event Planner at PartyAllo.
- Payment should only be made upon receipt of an official invoice.
- Deposits can be made via bank transfer to OCBC FRANK 519-110415-001.
- PartyAllo is not responsible for cleaning up after activities or live station.
- Cancellation post-confirmation incurs an 80% charge of the total bill.
- Full payment (100%) is required for event cancellations within 3 working days prior to the scheduled date.
- Event postponement is subject to an $80 surcharge, subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions
- All booking confirmation are first come first served basis strictly based on availability.
- *Please note that a delivery surcharge of $30 is applicable for Changi, Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are strictly fixed and non-negotiable.
- Breakage and damages to any equipments will be charged to customer accordingly.
- Please contact your personal Party Planner with PartyAllo before making any payment.
- Payment should only be made after receiving official invoice.
- Deposit can be made via bank transfer to OCBC FRANK 519-110415-001
- The remaining 50% payment has to be made in cash strictly on actal event day before the start of event.
- 50% Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation of event, 100% full payment will be required if the event was cancelled within 2 working days prior to the event.
- Postponing of event is subjected to a $50 surcharge, subjected to availability.
- A additional transportation charge of $15 will be applicable for inaccesible location such as Tuas, Sentosa
- PartyAllo staffs will not be responsible for putting up client’s own decoration during set up time.
- *PartyAllo will not be responsible for teardown of balloon decorations for any packages.
- *PartyAllo will not be responsible for cleaning up any mess made by the activities or party guests
